Sealing trip- Day 1 Reunion, of sorts

The kids travelled well. Despite all the "Where are we going?" (from Ryah), and "How much longer to Utah?" (from the other girls), we made it with our sanity in tact.... mostly. Since we had never seen Gideon's headstone we decided to make the extra trip to Logan and show everyone. As a side note, the only reason we had seen Talita's is because we went there for Gideon's funeral.

Keith's brother who died of SIDS when he was 2 months old. He is buried between Gideon and Talita. Or should I say Gideon and Talita are buried on either side of Bryce.

After the cemetary, we ate KFC chicken (thanks Grandpa J), yummy blackberries from Natalie and Jeremy's patch and played with cousins in the park until dark. Then we drove to Manti. We didn't get there until 3:00 am (Hey, we didn't leave until 9, and then we had to stop at the store to get a white shirt for Elijah). Since I didn't want to traipse through Grandma Nielson's house trying to figure out which beds were empty we just threw our sleeping bags on the lawn.
